2009 Excella Client Survey Results

Excella scores excellent marks in client satisfaction for the eighth consecutive year!

Each year, we conduct a survey to measure our success in delivering quality service and value to our clients. The survey is sent to all of our clients and responses are made anonymously.

For 2009, 100% of responding clients were satisfied or very satisfied with our services. Excella has remarkably achieved a high record of client satisfaction every year the company has been in existence. We are proud of our ability to consistently meet and exceed our client’s expectations and deliver value to our clients.

In fact, Excella received the highest possible marks from 96% or more of our clients in each of the following categories:

  • Quality of Service
  • Overall Satisfaction
  • Likelihood of Referral
