| ImpaX is Excella’s award winning, high-impact community service program. It embodies our commitment to make a significant and lasting impact in our
community.
|

|
To do this, we partner with Homestretch to help homeless
families obtain self-sufficiency, family stability, and permanent affordable housing.
ImpaX is inspired by the consulting approach that makes Excella unique – building relationships and taking action to solve tough problems.
By focusing on a single cause, we maximize our impact and the feeling of accomplishment for our employees.
|
|
Through ImpaX, Excella employees contribute time, money, expertise and leadership to Homestretch. We support their extraordinary efforts by giving
our employees paid time off to volunteer, matching contributions, and organizing high-impact volunteer opportunities that make the most of our
employees’ talents.
|
Excella employees have already contributed over 1,100 hours to Homestretch, fixing up houses to better welcome new families, tutoring
Homestretch clients, creating new technology to better manage and measure Homestretch programs, and much more. Excella and its employees
have also contributed over $30,000 to sponsor the Excella Learning Center @ Homestretch, which helps homeless families gain the skills they
need to attain self sufficiency.
According to Christopher Fay, Executive Director of Homestretch, Homestretch is thrilled by the partnership.
