To do this, we partner with Homestretch to help homeless
families obtain self-sufficiency, family stability, and permanent affordable housing.
ImpaX is inspired by the consulting approach that makes Excella unique – building relationships and taking action to solve tough problems.
By focusing on a single cause, we maximize our impact and the feeling of accomplishment for our employees.

Through ImpaX, Excella employees contribute time, money, expertise and leadership to Homestretch. We support their extraordinary efforts by giving
our employees paid time off to volunteer, matching contributions, and organizing high-impact volunteer opportunities that make the most of our
employees’ talents.

Excella employees have already contributed over 400 hours to Homestretch, landscaping houses to better welcome new families, sprucing up
Homestretch classrooms to improve the learning environment, and organizing donated furniture to help get new families settled faster.
